Life at the time of Arnolfo
In the years of Arnolfo between the 13th and 14th centuries notable provisions were made in the fields of urban development and construction: great civil and religious architecture considerably renewed the architectonic culture and left a permanent mark on the urban landscape. The Arts, and in particular the Art of Wool, provided the city with a period of great economic prosperity .
